Impressive Home Theaters
is a custom home theater business based out of Bloomington, IL. We offer
sales and installation of a full line of video displays such as Plasmas,
LCD's, DLP's, and front projection based systems, as well as all the
audio and video components necessary to create your own impressive home
theater. We are a licensed retailer in the State of Illinois with a
showroom in Bloomington available by appointment only. It will be an
eye opening experience as you witness the sites of a stunning 120"
home theater screen and THX certified 6.1 channel surround. You'll be
in a state of shock after you learn about projection based theaters
and how low their prices are. You'll see what you have been missing
out on all this time. One after another, our customers just sit there
shaking their heads in disbelief at what can be done for the price of
a big screen TV.

BRANDS AND PRODUCTS
What kind of brands are we talking about? Almost any. You want that
42" plasma from Panasonic or Sony? Or did you want the Toshiba
or Philips? No problem. Need a DVD player or audio receiver to go with
it? Sure, let's talk about Sony, Denon, Yamaha, or Pioneer. Speakers
too? Okay, let's look at Sony, Infinity or Bose. And if you need the
Monster cables to hook it all together, we can get you that too. We
even have the expertise to install it for you so you can spend your
time thinking about how much admission you should start charging.The
consumer needs to be educated on one thing, and unfortunately, most
of you are finding out the hard way. A lot of the consumer electronics
at the big retail chains are low-grade components and it is tough to
tell them apart. They are mass produced with lesser quality materials
to bring the consumer a product that is inexpensive and marketed to
perform much better than it actually does. You need to be very careful
and selective when you shop at these stores, as the Sony receiver or
JBL speakers that you hear and see, do not perform the same as the Sony
and JBL's in the local specialty audio/video store. The majority of
these major manufacturers offer a different product line for their specialty
retailers so they can better serve their customers who demand superb
quality and performance. There is a big difference and once you experience
the sound and quality of medium to high grade components, you'll never
go back. We tend to focus on these products because they truly offer
the most value for your hard earned dollars.

WHY WE EXIST
Our business started with a passion for wanting to bring the concept
of front projectors and projector screens to the average consumer. We
wanted to show the average person who was thinking about buying a big-screen
or plasma TV what could be done for less money. What was once only available
to those with fat wallets, has made its way in to the mainstream. And
you may wonder how you didn't know this? It's because very few retail
outlets actually carry and display these products. You usually only
find them in specialty stores that are trying to sell you thousands
of dollars more in equipment than you actually need. Our business model
is to bring the projection based home theater experience to your average
customer who was thinking about spending $2500 on a new big screen TV.
The world of front projection is very exciting. A few fantastic things
have happened recently with front projectors. 1) Technology has really
advanced to allow these products to compete in quality with plasmas
and rear projection TV's (big screens). 2) Price has come down due to
increased competition 3) Screen fabrics have been designed to superbly
enhance the image that these projectors produce. This is not the stuff
sitting in your company's conference room. These are products specifically
designed for home theaters and they are amazing. There are now products

everyone, which is why we also have an impressive line-up of Plasmas,
LCD's, and the new DLP based displays. Let us put our expertise to work
